Not so water resistant or reliable

| While I liked the features for the price, including the hailer/loudspeaker function. I was dismayed to find that the interior of my display fogged up over about 2 years. After the warranty period had expired (by about a month with no "grace period"), I found that repair (it lost the receive function on all but channel 16) would easily approach the cost of a new unit. |
