Help with CB Radio sound bite?

Hi Everyone! My father is a truck driver and I want to get him something for his CB Radio (don’t know what it is called) that plays a sound bite. He has one now, and I know he has been wanting one that is the sound of an Eagle but I don’t know what to look for or under or anything. I would like to keep it a surprise, but will ask him the make/model if necessary. Any suggestions on what information I need (in case I can find that out myself without asking him to keep the surprise) or what websites I should try? Any help would be great, thanks sooo much! =)

PS I would like to gather all of the necessary information needed so all I need to do is show him what is available and let him pick out once I know what will work instead of having to do research with him.
